Paying with a school purchase order
Sign in, open your account page, and choose Send a quote. Give your purchasing office's email and one click sends them a numbered PDF quote for Pro, made out to your school or district, marked tax-exempt if it is, with a copy to you. When the purchase order comes back, enter its number: the plan starts right away, and the invoice goes to the school, due in 30 days, payable by ACH, card or check. If it is not paid by then, the plan ends. A quote is for one year only unless you ask for it to renew each year: a month before the year ends you get a reminder and a renewal quote filled in from last year's.
Prices are in US dollars and include any sales tax. Public schools and districts with an exemption certificate are billed tax-exempt. Card plans renew yearly; turn automatic renewal off on your account page to pay for just one year, and we remind you before it ends.
